Spanish Flan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 eggs (extra large)
    1 can condensed milk (Eagle Brand)
    2 cans evaporated milk
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Caramelize 1 1/2 cups sugar and 1/3 cup water until golden brown.
    Pour caramelized sugar into bottom of 7 x 11-inch Pyrex dish.
    While sugar and water cook, beat eggs well.
    Add remaining ingredients and mix well together with eggs.
    Pour over caramelized mixture.
    Bake in water bath at 300\u00b0 about 1 3/4 hours.
    Cool and invert on serving tray.
    (Do not overbake.)
