Pork Chops A La Orange - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pork chops
    1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
    2 tsp. seasoned salt
    1 tsp. paprika
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1/2 c. orange juice or more
    4 whole cloves
    4 thin orange slices
    2 Tbsp. cold water
Preparation
    Combine flour, seasoned salt, paprika and pepper.
    Reserve 1 teaspoon of mixture.
    Coat chops with remaining flour mixture. Heat oil in skillet and brown chops.
    Add orange juice and cloves. Cover and simmer for 45 minutes or until tender, turning occasionally.
    Add orange slices and cook 5 minutes longer. Remove chops and orange slices to serving platter.
    Remove cloves and discard.
