Fresh Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. grated carrot
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. water
1/3 c. vegetable oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Put flour, sugar, baking soda and salt into ungreased 8 or 9-inch square pan.
Stir with fork to mix well.
Add carrot; stir until thoroughly blended.
Add remaining ingredients; stir to blend.
Using rubber spatula, scrape down any ingredients clinging to sides.
Sprinkle with nuts.
Bake for 40 to 45 minutes, until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan; cut into 9 squares.
