Yankee Doodle Macaroni Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. fat-free sour cream
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 1/2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    8 oz. macaroni, cooked and drained
    4 ribs celery, sliced
    3 to 4 green onions, sliced
    1/2 c. frozen peas, thawed
    1 (4 oz.) jar diced pimento, drained
    2 hard-boiled eggs, coarsely chopped
Preparation
    In a large bowl, combine sour cream, mayonnaise, vinegar and salt. Add the macaroni, celery, onions (include some of the green tops), peas, pimentos and eggs. Toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
