Ingredients

1 qt. milk
1/3 c. regular rice
3 Tbsp. sugar
pinch of salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (2 Tbsp.) piece of butter
Preparation

Mix all ingredients well and bake at 350\u00b0 to 400\u00b0 about 1 hour to 1 1/2 hours, stirring about every 15 minutes until thickens. The more it's stirred the pudding will be more creamy.
