Easy Italian Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground chuck or turkey
    1 1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 (32 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
    1/3 c. water
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dried basil
    1 tsp. dried oregano
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    5 medium potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
    2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Combine meat, onion and garlic in large skillet.
    Cook over medium heat until meat is browned and onion is tender.
    Drain. Stir in spaghetti sauce, water, basil, oregano, sugar and pepper, mixing well.
    Cook over medium heat for 2 minutes.
