Squash Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. squash
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1 c. shredded cheese
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Cook squash, butter, sugar and onion until tender and let cool. Beat together milk and eggs and add to squash mixture. Add salt and pepper to taste. Cover with cheese and bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
