Elisabeth'S Eclair Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 small boxes instant vanilla pudding
12 oz. Cool Whip, thawed
1 box graham crackers
2 sq. semi-sweet chocolate
2 oz. butter
2 c. confectioners sugar

Preparation

Make pudding according to directions.
Mix pudding and Cool Whip.
Line a 9 x 13-inch pan with graham crackers.
Spread half of the pudding mixture over crackers.
Cover pudding with another layer of crackers and top with remaining pudding.
Cover pudding with another layer of crackers.
