Hush Puppies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 3/4 c. corn meal
1/3 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 egg
1 c. buttermilk

Preparation

Sift
dry ingredients.\tStir in onions.
Combine water, egg and milk.
Stir until well blended.
Drop by teaspoon into hot fat.
