Strawberry Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/4 c. Wesson oil
    4 eggs, beaten
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, sweetened strawberries, thawed
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/4 c. nuts, chopped
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Mix all dry ingredients in a large bowl. Beat eggs and mix with oil; stir this into dry mix and add frozen strawberries, juice and all; add nuts.
    Divide mixture into 2 floured and greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch pans.
    Bake for 1 hour or until bread tests done in middle.
    Cool 10 minutes before removing from pan.
    Do not use mixer to mix.
