Pork Chops With Rice - cooking recipe

6 pork chops
4 beef bouillon cubes
1 c. rice (regular)
1/2 c. diced celery
Preparation

Prepare chops in skillet (regular or electric) and remove from pan.
Pour into skillet 3 cups boiling water and 4 bouillon cubes; stir until dissolved.
Add one cup uncooked rice and celery.
Stir well.
Place chops on rice.
Cover and simmer for 45 minutes until meat and rice are tender.
Add water to prevent sticking, if necessary.
