Pork Tenderloin With Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 small onion, finely chopped
    2 carrots, finely chopped
    2 pork tenderloins (1 1/2 lb. each)
    1/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. grated lemon rind
    1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 tsp. sage
    1 c. chicken broth
    juice of 1/2 lemon
Preparation
    Step 1:
    Melt 1/4 cup margarine in heavy skillet.
    Saute onion and carrots until tender, remove with a slotted spoon and save for later.
