Pork And Vegetable Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean boneless pork, trimmed of fat
    1/4 c. soy sauce, low-sodium
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 tsp. ground ginger
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1 1/2 c. thinly bias-sliced carrots
    1 1/2 c. bias-sliced celery
    1 large green pepper, cut into strips
    2 c. broccoli flowerets
    2 c. hot cooked rice
Preparation
    Partially freeze pork; slice thinly into bite-size strips. Stir together soy sauce, cornstarch, and ginger; set mixture aside.
