Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    3/4 lb. chopped onion
    2 cans kidney beans, drained
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1 large can tomato juice
    1 large can tomato paste
    1 small can chili powder
    cayenne pepper to taste
Preparation
    Saute onion and bell pepper in 1 tablespoon butter or margarine.
    Brown meat and drain.
    Mix all ingredients in large pot, bring to a boil and let simmer at
    least 45 minutes.
    Serves 8 to 10.
