Hamburger Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. sour cream
    1 can beef broth
    1/2 c. water
    3 c. uncooked medium size egg noodles
Preparation
    Brown beef with onion until tender.
    Drain.
    Blend in mushroom soup and sour cream.
    Add broth, water and noodles.
    Bring to a boil, cover and cook over low heat for 10 minutes or until noodles are done.
    Stir often.
