Teriyaki Sticks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. beef flank steak
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    1/2 c. water
    1/3 c. brown sugar
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. ground ginger
    3 green onions, sliced
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, except steak.
    Cut steak across the grain into 1/4-inch thick slices.
    Thread each slice onto a bamboo skewer and place in a container.
    Pour marinade over meat. Marinate overnight, turning occasionally.
    Place skewers on grill; cook 3 to 4 minutes on each side.
