Dutch Fluffy Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 stick butter, melted
    nutmeg
Preparation
    Mix eggs, milk and flour until smooth.
    Pour melted butter into pie plate, then pour egg mixture into pan and top with a bit of nutmeg.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Top with favorite toppings from fresh fruit to syrups
