Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. sugar
1 c. butter
3 eggs, beaten
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. corn syrup
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 unbaked pie shell
Preparation

Combine sugar, syrup and butter.
Bring to a boil over low heat.
Pour hot syrup over beaten eggs.
Let cool.
Add vanilla and pecans.
Pour in pie shell.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 300\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes longer.
