Erin'S Snow White Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
dash of salt
2 egg whites
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 c. water

Preparation

Combine sugar, 1/2 cup water, cream of tartar and salt in a 2-cup glass measure.
Cook on 70 (Roast) for 4 to 5 minutes or until mixture boils.
