Pumpkin Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium can Kroger pumpkin
    1 c. evaporated milk
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. margarine
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1/2 c. plain flour
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Melt margarine in glass loaf dish.
    Combine the other ingredients together and pour into loaf pan.
    Mix 1 teaspoon sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle on top.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Very good with ham or turkey.
