Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    2 c. unsifted all-purpose flour
    1 to 2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    5 cooking apples, pared and diced
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1 tsp. soda
Preparation
    Beat eggs and sugar with electric beater at high speed for 5 minutes or until sugar is dissolved. Add oil, flour, cinnamon, soda and salt;
    beat at medium speed until well mixed.
    Mix in apples and nuts. Batter will be thick.
    Spread in ungreased 9 x 13-inch pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. Cool in pan. Cut in squares and sprinkle with confectioners sugar, if desired.
