Sausage Egg Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 eggs beaten
    6 slices bread crumbs
    1 lb. sausage crumbled, cooked, and drained
    2 cups milk
    2 cups sharp cheddar cheese grated (reserve 1 cup for top)
    1 tsp salt
    1 tsp dry mustard
Preparation
    Mix all together and pour into a greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Refrigerate at least 12 hours.
    Remove from refrigerator, sprinkle remaining 1 cup cheese on top.
    Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Serve with fresh fruit and croissants or juice and biscuits. Serves 8 and is great for company.
