Peanut Brittle(Microwave) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1 c. Spanish peanuts
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. white corn syrup
1 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. baking soda
Preparation

Combine sugar and syrup.
Cook in microwave 4 minutes on High. Stir in peanuts and cook 4 minutes on High. Stir in butter and vanilla. Cook on High 1 more minute. Stir in baking soda until light and foamy. Pour mixture onto a lightly greased cookie sheet. Let cool 1 hour and break into pieces.
