Cranberry Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. shortening
3/4 c. orange juice
1 Tbsp. grated orange rind
1 Egg Beater
1 c. ground cranberries
1 c. walnuts, cut fine and chopped
Preparation

Cut shortening with flour and next 5 ingredients with blender or tips of fingers, until it looks like grainy oatmeal.
Add the orange juice, grated orange rind and Egg Beater.
Add to dry ingredients until dry.
Fold in the cranberries and chopped walnuts.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
