Baked Salmon Croquettes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 1/2 oz.) can salmon
    milk
    1/4 c. butter
    2 Tbsp. grated onion
    1/3 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 c. crushed corn flakes
Preparation
    Drain salmon; reserve liquid.
    Add enough milk to make 1 cup. Melt butter in heavy skillet; add onion.
    Cook until tender.
    Add flour; cook 1 minute, stirring constantly.
    Gradually add milk mixture.
    Cook until bubbly and thick.
    Stir in salt and pepper. Remove skin and bones from salmon.
    Flake salmon.
    Add lemon juice, 1/2 cup corn flakes and white sauce.
    Stir well; chill. Shape into croquettes.
    Roll in 1/2 cup crushed corn flakes. Lightly grease sheet; place on sheet.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
