Dinner Party Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. frozen hash browns
1/2 c. melted butter
3/4 c. chopped onion
16 oz. carton sour cream
1 can mushroom soup
1 jar Cheez Whiz
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Defrost potatoes.
Place in buttered 3-quart casserole dish. Combine other ingredients.
Pour over potatoes.
Combine 1/4 cup softened butter with 2 cups cracker crumbs.
Spread over potatoes.
Sprinkle with parsley.
Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Serves 16.
