Banana Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 sticks melted oleo
1 c. mashed ripe banana
1 egg
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1 Tbsp. buttermilk
pinch of salt
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Mash bananas thoroughly; melt oleo.
Add sugar, egg, flour, soda, salt, vanilla, buttermilk, bananas and nuts; mix well.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour in 2 small greased and floured loaf pans or in Bundt pan; let cool before removing from pan.
