Luau Baked Beans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large onion
1 family size can baked beans
1/2 c. catsup or more if desired
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. mustard
1/2 tsp. ginger
1 lemon, sliced thin
1 small can cubed pineapple
1/2 c. cubed ham (optional)
salt to taste
pepper to taste
brown sugar to taste
Preparation

Lightly saute thinly sliced onion until limp, not brown.
Add catsup, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, ginger, salt, pepper and half of the juice from the can of pineapple.
Simmer about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add baked beans, thinly sliced lemon, pineapple cubes and ham. Add sugar. Allow to simmer about 1/2 hour, stirring occasionally.
