Chocolate Cream Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 sq. chocolate
    4 Tbsp. flour
    10 Tbsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. evaporated milk
    1 c. water
    2 eggs, separated
    1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
    1 baked pastry shell
Preparation
    Melt chocolate over hot water; add flour, 8 tablespoons sugar and salt.
    Combine milk and water; add slowly, stirring constantly, to chocolate mixture.
    Cook over hot water until thick and smooth or cook in a kettle such as a pressure cooker which has a thick bottom.
    Add beaten egg yolks.
    Cook 5 minutes, stirring constantly; cool.
    Add flavoring.
    Pour into baked pastry shell. Cover with meringue made of the stiffly beaten egg whites and 2 tablespoons sugar.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Yields 6 to 8 servings.
