Broccoli Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 boxes Jiffy cornmeal mix
    2 sticks oleo, melted
    8 oz. chopped frozen broccoli, thawed and well drained
    4 oz. cottage cheese
    1 small onion, finely chopped
    4 eggs, well beaten
Preparation
    Mix together and pour into 13 x 9-inch well-greased pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until browned.
