Tuna New Orleans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. rice, cooked
    1 family size can tuna or 2 small cans
    1 quartered tomato
    1/2 c. green pepper
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 Tbsp. onion
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 can cream of celery soup
Preparation
    Saute tomato, green pepper, mushroom soup and onion in butter for 5 minutes.
    Add celery soup; cook 5 minutes.
    Add tuna.
    Cook 2 minutes.
    Pour over rice.
