Embassy Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 oz. cream cheese
    4 oz. Blue cheese
    8 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese
    8 oz. Swiss cheese
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 tsp. red pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    1 1/4 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Grate and mix all cheeses; set aside, until room temperature is reached.
    Add other ingredients.
    Spread 3/4 cup nuts over waxed paper.
    Shape mixture into ball and roll in nuts.
    Let stand in refrigerator for 24 hours before serving.
    Take ball out 2 hours prior to serving with assorted crackers.
