Baked Chicken Dijonnaise - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
1/4 c. country-style Dijon mustard
1/4 c. finely chopped red onion
1/2 c. coarsely grated Swiss cheese
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Line cookie sheet with foil.
Arrange chicken breasts on prepared cookie sheet.
Brush each with mustard.
Sprinkle with onion and grated Swiss.
Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, until chicken is cooked through and cheese is melted. Serves 4.
