Cubed Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 7 medium potatoes
    1/2 medium onion, chopped fine
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    a little pepper
    1/2 c. melted margarine (1 stick)
Preparation
    Peel potatoes and chop into tiny cubes.
    Boil in water 5 to 10 minutes and drain.
    Mix potatoes with onion, flour, butter, salt and pepper in a bowl gently.
    Grease casserole dish with margarine.
    Pour potato mixture in casserole dish and set in refrigerator for a few hours or overnight.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
