Macaroni And Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. macaroni
    1/2 c. butter
    1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    salt and pepper to taste
    5 c. milk
    4 c. (16 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Cook macaroni according to package directions. Drain.
    In a large saucepan over medium heat, melt butter. Blend in flour, salt and pepper. Gradually stir in milk. Cook, stirring constantly, until sauce thickens and mixture begins to boil. Add cheese. Stir until cheese is melted.
    In 3-quart casserole, stir together macaroni and cheese sauce.
    Bake 30 minutes.
