Peachy Blueberry Cobbler - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1 c. all-purpose flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted
3 medium peaches, peeled, sliced and lightly sugared (can substitute a large can of peaches)
2/3 c. fresh or frozen blueberries
vanilla ice cream (optional)
Preparation

Combine dry ingredients in a medium mixing bowl.
Combine milk and butter.
Pour over dry ingredients and mix until smooth.
Pour into a greased 12 x 8 x 2-inch glass baking dish.
Spread peaches evenly over top of batter.
Sprinkle with blueberries.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes or until batter rises through the fruit and top is golden brown.
Serve cobbler warm and topped with vanilla ice cream, if desired.
Yields 8 to 10 servings.
