Toasted Coconut Pies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    4 Tbsp. flour
    4 large eggs
    1 stick margarine
    2 c. evaporated milk
    2 c. toasted coconut
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    First, toast coconut until brown.
    Mix sugar and flour.
    Add eggs, butter, milk, coconut and vanilla.
    Mix well.
    Pour in unbaked pie shells and bake for 30 or 40 minutes at 350\u00b0 or until set.
    Makes two pies.
