Cioppino - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. olive oil
    1 large chopped onion
    handful chopped parsley
    4 to 5 cloves minced garlic
    2/3 c. chopped red bell pepper
    2/3 c. chopped green bell pepper
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 c. robust red wine
    1 bay leaf
    1 tsp. thyme
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. marjoram
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    3/4 tsp. cayenne powder
    2 1/2 Tbsp. basil
    chili powder to taste
    1 large can cut up tomatoes
    1 lb. prawns, cleaned
    1 to 2 lb. white fish, cut into chunks
    crab legs or crab meat or fresh oysters or shrimp (as much as desired)
Preparation
    Saute in olive oil the onion, parsley, garlic, red and green bell pepper.
    Add tomato sauce, wine, bay leaf, thyme, oregano, marjoram, salt and pepper, cayenne pepper, basil, chili powder and tomatoes.
    Stir well.
    Cook for 40 minutes.
    Add prawns and white fish and cook for 15 minutes.
    Add crab legs, etc.
    Cook 7 to 8 minutes longer.
