Green Pepper And Onion Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 medium Idaho potatoes, cleaned and sliced (unpeeled)
    1 large onion, sliced, or 1 c. sliced green onion
    2 medium green peppers, sliced
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    pepper and red pepper, ground
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    butter (about 1/2 to 3/4 stick)
Preparation
    Using a large sheet of heavy-duty foil, place potatoes, onion and green peppers in center.
    Sprinkle with garlic, pepper and red pepper.
    Top with pats of butter.
    Wrap and seal foil securely.
