Asparagus Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans asparagus, drained
    1/2 c. minced onion
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. oleo
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    seasoned bread crumbs
Preparation
    Saute onion in oleo until brown.
    Add flour, salt and pepper. Cook until blended.
    Add sour cream but do not let mixture come to a boil.
    Place asparagus in a shallow baking dish and cover with sour cream mixture.
    Sprinkle cheese and bread crumbs on top. Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
