Grilled Trout - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium trout
2 strips of lean bacon
1/2 c. mild salsa
Preparation

Wash fish in cold water.
Lay fish on aluminum foil.
Place salsa inside fish.
Lay bacon strips on each side of fish.
Wrap fish in foil.
Place fish on barbecue grill when charcoal stops flaming.
Cook fish 20 minutes on each side (40 minutes total).
