Nonfat Brownie Oatmeal Cookies - cooking recipe

1 1/3 c. flour
1 1/3 c. sugar or 2/3 c. sugar and 8 packets Sweet 'N Low
2 c. quick oats
2/3 c. cocoa
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
4 Egg Beaters (1 c. egg substitute)
2/3 c. light corn syrup
2 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation

In large bowl, mix all dry ingredients.
Add wet ingredients. Stir and mix together very well.
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheets sprayed with cooking spray.
Space 1 to 2 inches apart. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
Cook longer for crunch, less for chewy.
