Zucchini Pie(Tastes Like Sugar Cream) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. cooked zucchini
1 1/2 c. white sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. (16 oz. can) evaporated milk
2 Tbsp. (heaping) flour
2 Tbsp. butter
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Peel, chunk and cook zucchini until soft; blend in blender until smooth.
Put all ingredients into blender.
Mix well.
Pour into 2 (9-inch) pie shells.
Sprinkle with nutmeg and cinnamon across the top.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
Reduce temperature and bake at 300\u00b0 for 25 additional minutes.
