Potatoes Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 lb.) bag frozen hash brown chunk potatoes (have at room temperature, about 1/2 hour)
    1 pt. sour cream
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
    4 Tbsp. margarine (melted)
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    8 oz. (1 c.) Cheddar cheese, shredded
    2 c. corn flakes
    4 Tbsp. margarine, melted
Preparation
    Partially thaw potatoes; heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Mix sour cream, soup, margarine, onion, salt, pepper, garlic salt and cheese. Stir in potatoes and place mixture in lightly buttered 9 x 13-inch pan.
    With hands, crush corn flakes; stir in 4 tablespoons melted margarine.
    Spread over potato mixture.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
    Makes 12 servings.
