Strawberry Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. strawberries
    3 1/4 c. water
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. whipped cream
Preparation
    Line pie shell with whole berries, reserving 1 cup for glaze. Simmer 3 or 4 minutes.
    Combine cornstarch and sugar.
    Add cooked fruit.
    Cook again until thick and clear.
    Stir continuously.
    Cool slightly.
    Pour over berries.
    Chill thoroughly (at least 1 hour). Cover with whipped cream.
