Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 green peppers
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 (32 oz.) jar Ragu spaghetti sauce flavored with meat, divided
    2 c. herb seasoned stuffing cubes
    2/3 c. beef broth
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 lb. elbow macaroni
Preparation
    Clean and seed the peppers.
    Boil 5 minutes; drain.
    Brown the ground beef with the chopped onion.
    Remove fat.
    Add 1/2 cup Ragu spaghetti sauce flavored with meat (from the 32-ounce jar) and 2 cups herb seasoned stuffing cubes.
    Stuff peppers.
    Place 1/2 remaining sauce, 2/3 cup beef broth and 1/2 cup water in a large saucepan.
    Stand 6 peppers in sauce.
    Repeat in an oven-to-freezer casserole.
    Simmer, covered, 20 minutes.
