Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) sour cream
4 eggs
3/4 c. sifted flour
3/4 tsp. salt
1 (12 oz.) cottage cheese (small curd)
1 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation

Combine sour cream and cottage cheese.
Add other ingredients, beat with mixer and blend well.
Bake on hot griddle until bubbles break on surface, turn.
Serve with favorite syrup.
