Bacon-Cheese Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 slices sandwich bread
    2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    10 slices bacon
    4 oz. Cheddar cheese, cut in sticks
Preparation
    Pick asparagus as round as your finger.
    Partially cook asparagus in microwave until half done.
    Drain and run under cold water until cool.
    Roll in flour with salt and pepper.
    Dip in egg mixture of grated Romano cheese, 2 cloves of garlic and some parsley.
    Hold up and let egg run off.
    Dip in Italian bread crumbs.
    Fry in about 1/4-inch oil on medium heat until lightly brown and crunchy.
    Drain on paper towels and sprinkle grated Romano cheese over.
    Serve hot.
