Tangy Lemon Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 cut up fryer
1 c. margarine
1 (5 oz.) bottle horseradish
1/2 c. cider vinegar
8 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. Lea & Perrins sauce
3 tsp. Tabasco
1 c. lemon juice
Preparation

Cook on low heat for 30 minutes, then let chicken sit in sauce for 20 to 30 minutes.
Cook on grill (indirect heat) for 45 to 60 minutes.
After cooked, spoon some sauce on chicken.
