Krautwinkles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 onion, diced
    1 head green cabbage, diced
    Season-All to taste
    2 to 3 cans refrigerated crescent rolls
    American cheese, sliced
Preparation
    Cook ground beef until done; drain. Add cabbage and cook until tender.
    Use Season-All as desired.
    Unroll 1 can of rolls and press 1 section crescent rolls until flat and seams are sealed. Place cheese slices on dough to cover up to 1/2-inch each edge. Spoon 1/2 to 1 cup cabbage mixture onto cheese.
    Unroll second section and press as before.
    Place on top and press edges to seal.
    (May fold dough in half, if smaller winkles are desired.) Place on cookie sheet and bake according to package directions. Repeat with second can crescent rolls.
